All of our apartments are currently occupied, but C&C Properties welcomes applications for future rental opportunities. Submitting an application allows us to have your information on file for consideration when a suitable rental becomes available. An application does not guarantee approval, placement, or future availability.
Rental Application Instructions
Please complete the application carefully and provide all requested information and documentation. Complete and verifiable information helps us process applications without unnecessary delays.
- Complete the entire application. Do not leave sections blank. If a question does not apply, write “N/A.” Incomplete applications may be delayed or may not be considered.
- Each adult must apply separately. Every proposed occupant age 18 or older must complete a separate application.
- Provide complete, accurate and truthful information. Missing or unverifiable information may delay processing. False, misleading, or intentionally omitted information may result in the application not being considered.
- Include the requested documentation. Provide a copy of valid photo identification, six recent pay stubs or other income verification, and three years of address history.
- Keep your contact information current. Make sure we can reach you if additional information or clarification is needed.
Submitting an application is not an agreement to rent and does not guarantee that an apartment will become available or that an application will be approved.
